About Our Founder
At age twenty-five, Jason White was determined to live the lifestyle many people dream of—a high-earning job with a flexible schedule. He saw a career in real estate as the perfect avenue to realize this dream.
Unsurprisingly to those who know him, he approached it with his trademark excitement and positivity. But, he quickly realized there was a very steep learning curve to real estate sales.
Jason decided to shorten his learning curve by working as an assistant to one of area's highest-earning but tough brokers. He grew a thick skin and learned as much as he could from this seasoned professional.
Then, Jason went off to sell real estate on his own. As his income grew, he invested in real estate coaches and professionals who were touted as essential for reaching the next level of success.
However, after spending over $20k on training, he found that there were critical gaps in his knowledge that only real-world experience could fill. Through experience, he realized that his best lessons came from missed opportunities and mistakes. It took five years, but the hard lessons he learned were the stepping stones to building his successful real estate career.
Rather than keep this knowledge to himself, he wants to share it with you. Many agents think you should pay your dues and take your lumps like they did, but that is not Jason. He truly believes that the world is abundant, not finite, so he isn't worried that he will have less because you have more.
